AudioPod is a small team. We don't post fake job descriptions to look bigger. We hire opportunistically, in waves, when a surface needs more brain — and we'd rather know great builders before that wave hits.
Why work here
AudioPod is a tightly scoped product that does a lot — voice cloning, music generation, separation, transcription, denoise, audiobook, podcast — and every one of those tools is a surface you could own end-to-end. The codebase is modern, the deploy loop is fast, and the team is small enough that a single good engineer can tilt the roadmap.
The bet is that audio is going to eat a much bigger share of the creator economy than it has today — and the studio that wins is the one that ships relentlessly without compromising on consent, output quality, or pricing. That's the company we're building.

Every feature is exercised end-to-end as a real user before we call it done. Not a stack of unit tests — actual usage.
AI-augmented engineering
We build with the same agents we ship. Plans, reviews, deploys, retros — agentic by default. Engineers do the hard thinking.

Few meetings. Long-form writing. Deep work in your local timezone. Sync only when it actually unblocks something.
Real autonomy
